Essay

The object: professional and pedagogical activities of primary school teachers; the aim: to develop, theoretically justify and experimentally verify the model of the development of organizational culture for primary school teachers’ work; methods: theoretical, empirical and statistical; novelty: the model of the development of organizational culture for primary school teachers’ work was created being based on science for the first time; pedagogic conditions of the organizational culture development were defined (such as ensuring motivation and valuable attitude of the primary school teachers to the development of their work organizational culture; possession of modern methods of search, treatment and use of information; school impact on the new values of the organizational culture of the primary school teachers’ work; creation and implementation of the primary school teachers’ individual professional self-educational programs; creation of educational aids (including special courses, special seminars, means of training) for development of the primary school teachers’ work organizational culture; involvement of the primary school teachers in continuous professional self-development); the axiological, technological, personal and creative criteria, indicators and levels of development of the primary school teachers’ work organizational culture were defined; the essence of the key concepts of the research «the primary school teachers’ work organizational culture», structure and content of the organizational culture were improved; theoretical and methodical base for organising primary school teachers’ professional activity have received the further development; the results of the study can be used by heads of educational institutions, teachers of postgraduate pedagogical institutions as well as in programme development and a substantiation of strategy of the continuous education development with the purpose to increase management efficiency by development of the primary school teachers’ work organizational culture, in higher education system to increase the level of professional preparation of future teachers, as well as the management and pedagogical staff of secondary schools; field of study - theory and methods of professional education.
