Kosenko V. Phenomenon of intelligence as a matter of philosophical reflection

The thesis is devoted to philosophical reflection of intelligence phenomenon, which made it possible to come to an understanding and justification of this phenomenon in the context of the show overall trends of human development, in terms of a holistic understanding of human nature. Intelligence is socially conditioned quality and connected with one's particular perception of the world, the attitude to the family, to humanity as itself, for which the spiritual and sensual appears only in the objective world - in the practice of the subject. It is proved that the formation of intelligence in each individual subject is in direct proportion to the social environment and processes in society, stage of historical development, as well as to the level of men's involvement to the human experience, personal value system. Intelligence is the mutual dependence of the unity of the ideal, subjective values system and creative activity of the subject. Exploration of intelligence phenomenon allowed to justify the thesis that the foundation of modern social modernization in Ukrainian reality on true humanism is intelligentsia. Basic theoretical concepts and methodological findings have significance for the development of scientific research in social philosophy sphere, and the possibility of use of findings for the further development of social philosophy by enriching the categorical system and research tools.
