Ladanyak I. Consumers’ cooperatives on the Podillia territory in the circumstances of a new economic policy (1921 - 1928 s).

Condition and development of consumers’ cooperatives on the Podillia territory in the circumstances of Soviet State’s social-economic policy in 1920s are fully investigated in this thesis, broad spectrum of organizational-cooperative and cultural-educational activity of cooperative institutions and organizations in the circumstances of NEP, their contribution in the realization of daily wants of population are analyzed. The process of governmentalizing of consumers’ cooperatives, subordination of its implementation of Bolshevik projects of planned economy, tranformation into effective mechanism of removing from the market of private trade and industrial enterpises, contradictions of Bolshevik price economy in the commercial service of rural and urban population on the territory of Podillia are covered. It is proved that reorganization of Podillia cooperative system in a soviet way actually transformed it into an appendage of public sector of the state economy, and the NEP convolution negatively influenced on the commercial service of regional population.
