The dissertation studies the organization of the training process in terms of Pedology from the end of the 19th century and up to 1936. It reveals social-historical and pedagogical pre-conditions of the appearing and development of the Ukrainian pedological-didactic thought, provides historiographical analysis of the problem, characterizes didactic bases of Pedology, the main trends of the organization of the training process and the ways of its optimizing aiming at individual psychophysiological needs of the child from the end of the 19th century and up to 1936, provides its development trends.
