The thesis presents a holistic analysis of the socio-economic, socio-political and ethno-cultural conditions of the origin and development of Ukrainian family education in Canada during the XX - beginning of XXI century, analyzed ethnopedagogical principles of education of future generations in families of Ukrainian Canadians, are allocated value orientations Ukrainian families in Canada Revealed content, forms, methods, means and priorities of family education of children and youth in the Ukrainian-Canadian diaspora period studied, revealed promising experience education of future generations in families of Ukrainian Canadians to use it in a modern system of family education in Ukraine.
