Fishuk Y. The phenomenon of trust in the social-philosophical dimension

The thesis focuses on problem of trust as an integral social and cultural phenomenon in all of its aspects as well as social-philosophical conceptualization of the phenomenon of trust in terms of the polysubjective sociality. Specific features and peculiarities of the research have determined usage of the methodological paradigms such as communication, linguistic, constructivist and psychological paradigms. The development of the concept of trust within philosophical and humanitarian discourse has been analyzed. Semantic distinctions between confidence and trust have been defined. Essential characteristic features of the phenomenon of trust, its structure and functions in society have been described. The model of the change of radius of trust towards another person has been developed. Possibilities of the implementation of the principle of trust within economic, political and private areas have been proved.
