Object: the process of forming of professional future social workers’ readiness to the activity at non-governmental organizations; objective: a scientific basement, development and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions that provide the effectiveness for forming of future social workers’ readiness to the activity at non-governmental organizations; methods: analysis of scientific sources, abstracting and concretization, survey, interview, testing, studying the results of students’ learning activity, pedagogical observation, reflection, statistic methods; actuality: it has been determined, theoretically based and experimentally verified pedagogical conditions for future social workers’ readiness to the activity at non-governmental organizations; results: it has been developed and implemented a new course “Organisational and legal basis for the activity of non-governmental organisations” and a corresponding teaching aids; field – social pedagogy.
