The author analyzes the problem of the formation of professional readiness of future social workers to provide clients with social and economic services, presented a theoretical analysis of current approaches to such readiness; conceptual essence and meaning of "social and economic services", "professional commitment to providing customers with the socio-economic services"; developed formation process structure of professional readiness of future social workers to provide clients with socio-economic services; reasonably justified social and educational conditions and implemented their practical training of social workers; developed the criteria, indicators and level of professional preparedness of students to provide clients with socio-economic services and their efficiency was tested in the social and pedagogical practice.
