Belous M. Scientific and practical ground of factors actively infiuencing on the structure and level of pharmacists' morbidity (on the example of Zaporozhye region)

The thesis for Ph.D. (Pharmacy), specialty 15.00.01 - pharmaceutics, organization of pharmaceutical practice and forensic pharmacy. Zaporizhzhia State Medical University MPH of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia, 2013. The thesis analyzes the level and structure of morbidity with temporary disability in pharmacy staff. The level and structure of allergic reactions among staff, pharmacy students of Faculty of Pharmacy of Medical University has been studied, the rank of allergens that cause allergic reactions in students and pharmacists is determined. The factors that influence on the level and structure of morbidity with temporary disability in pharmacy staff and psycho-emotional health of pharmacies' personnel have been examined. The necessity of the development of instructional, methodological and practical recommendations concerning additions and changes in individual occupation descriptions: managers, professionals, specialists and workers has been grounded as a priority task of improving the legal framework of pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine. Collection of regulations, qualifying characteristics, job descriptions of people working at pharmacies, the reference of qualifying characteristics of the professional staff, job descriptions of people working at pharmacies, model regulations and standard operating procedures in two parts and guidelines "Study of the structure and the incidence of morbidity of pharmacists" were developed and issued.
