Thesis is devoted to development of scientifically substantiated compositions and manufacturing technology of semisolid application medications with enalapril maleate for transmucosal administration. On the basis of complex technological, pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical, physicochemical, reological and pharmacological researches optimal technologies and compositions of the new dosage forms with enalapril maleate - rectal suppositories on lipophylic basis and nasal ointment-gel on the proxanol which provide with high level of specific action, safety and stability of the fabricated forms were made.
