There is a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the legal principles of the judiciary which are enshrined in a special law on the Judiciary. Scientific views related to the characteristics of the judiciary and the principles of justice are investigated is the dissertation. The features of the principles of justice are considered . The concepts and principles of the judiciary and justice are determined. Special attention is paid to the study of the nature and content of the principles that ensure the right person in the exercise of justice and which are enshrined in a special law on the Judiciary. Ways of improving the Law of Ukraine "About judiciary and judicial status" are proposed.
