This dissertation presents comprehensive research of persecution and extermination - the Holocaust of Ukrainian Jews in military-administrated area. The state of scientific development of theme opens up. Sourses base and research methodology are presented.In the dissertation research it is considered the Holocaust in five Ukrainian regions which under Military administration during Nazi occupation. The author described specific of Nazi anti-Semitic Weltanschauung in the war against USSR and preparation for the Holocaust. In this research the author shows the specific cooperation between Wehrmacht and Einsatzgruppen. In this paper the problem of Nazi propaganda in Eastern Ukraine was discussed also. Very important question of the research was specific of the Holocaust in military-administrated area. The author showed that process of extermination of Jewish population in Eastern Ukraine divides on two stages. During first stage (autumn-winter 1941-spring 1942) was exterminated the most part of the Jews in Eastern Ukraine. During the second stage (spring 1942-autumn 1943) SD killed survived Jews. Author analyzed background and motivation of Ukrainian policemen who participated in the Holocaust. The most part of collaborates was conformists. They did not have any political affiliation and had peasantry origin.
