The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphogenesis of mandibles after exposure to the organism of white rats of different ages cyclophospha-mide and cycloferon. With modern methods of complex morphological stu-dies (osteometrical, histomorphometrical, biochemical, X-ray analysis, bio-mechanical, mathematical) obtained new evidence on changes of growth, structure, chemical composition, ultrastructure of the bone minerals and dentin incisor, the strength of the mandible with immunosuppression and immunostimulation caused by the use of cyclophosphamide and cycloferon at different stages of postnatal ontogenesis. First described morphofunctional pattern changes in ultrastructure of the mineral matrix of bone and dentin incisor arising after applying cyclophosphamide and cycloferon detected by X-ray analysis. The basic directions of compensatory adaptive reactions in the mandible of white rats of different ages after applying cyclophosphamide and cycloferon at different stages of postnatal ontogenesis were identified.
