The investigation of morphological and functional characteristics of the pituitary gland of animals of different ages during severe hypoosmolar overhydratation and correction of the detected change agent "Tivortin." Studying the structures of gland was conducted immediately after completion of the pathological factors and periods of rehabilitation. Structural and functional features of pituitary studied by massomethric methods, histomorfometrics, transmission electron microscopy and by the chemical method. In this paper, a proven negative impact on hydration all investigated parameters, which is found in violation of mass parameters cancer its histological structure, ultrastructure changes endocrinocytes and imbalance of macro-and micronutrients. Major changes while the animals are elderly. In the early period of rehabilitation is strengthening all identified adverse changes in the pituitary gland, but after two weeks in young and adulthood animals is better investigated parameters cancer. This complete recovery does not occur in old age groups. Application of the background corrector leads to the leveling impact of this factor in the young animals and mature on the structure of the gland. Thus the animal is not senile positive dynamics of morphofunctional parameters pituitary.
