Savin O. Internal personality conflict as factor of delinquent behavior of minor.

The dissertation is devoted to developing theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the prevention of juvenile delinquent behavior that occurs as a result of interpersonal conflicts. Theoretical interpretation of interpersonal conflict as psychological and legal phenomenon provided an opportunity to determine the nature and characteristics of juvenile delinquent behavior. It is determined the place and role of interpersonal conflicts in the system factors of delinquent behavior. At the stage of empirical research originally defined methodological apparatus and procedures of research of intrapersonal conflicts of adolescents who are registered. Based on empirical data it is developed a generalized psychological portrait of a juvenile with delinquent behavior. Taking this into consideration, the ways and means of prevention and regulation of interpersonal conflict are determined as a form of early detection of risk and further prevention. In the formative stage of the study a training on regulation of intrapersonal conflict was approved and conducted in the context of prevention of juvenile delinquent behavior.
