The investigation and analysis of agriculture skirts and Southeast Volhynia in daily NEP (1921 - 1929 years). The paper examines the development of agricultural production in the region, identified natural, climatic and economic conditions of the region. It is proved that agriculture developed region in Ukraine's largest shortage of land and agrarian overpopulation and demanded radical modernization and profound intensification of agriculture.
