Essay

The thesis deals with the study of immunobiological reorganization in the body large and small cattle for vaccinations against vaccine nekrobakteriozu "Nekrosan 'own production in order to improve the situation of epizootic disease nekrobakterioz in Ukraine, the country reduce dependence on imports of expensive drugs analogues, theoretically and experimentally justified disease prevention strategies. The materials analysis regarding the positive impact of the vaccine on animals as a result of biochemical studies of amino acid and mineral composition of the vaccine formulation, the results of preclinical studies of the impact of vaccine on laboratory animals regarding its antigenic and immunogenic activity and clinical studies on the effects of the drug on the body of sheep and cows for immunization vaccine "Nekrosan", the results of hematologic studies indicate immunological restructuring in the body for activation erytrotsytopoezu, increased white blood cell count and absolute lymphocyte count, hemoglobin content optimization and improvement of erythrocyte indices blood are materials exposure vaccine "Nekrosan" on immunological restructuring in the body vaccinated animals by cellular immunity via differentiation and proliferation of immune cells, T and B lymphocytes, the index migration of lymphocytes in response delay migration of lymphocytes. Filed under materials related to the restructuring of the body vaccinated animals as indicators of non-specific humoral factors - level heteroahlyutyniniv titers, the concentration of total IgG, protein content and protein fractions, quantitative and molecular composition of circulating immune complexes, the results of studies on the impact of the vaccine on immunological reorganization in body vaccinated cattle in terms of specific humoral factors - levels of specific antibodies to F. necrophorum in agglutination and indirect hemagglutination, results of studies on the impact of the vaccine on the body of the vaccinated animals by enzymatic activity of aspartate aminotransferase and, the results of production testing of vaccines "Nekrosan.
