Essay

In four parts of this research work there is the basic source. The historiography of this work, analyzed methodological methods generalized information about the life of M.M.Arkas, analyzing the influence of his family on formation of his historical worldview. There is the research of value of musical and literary heritage of M.M.Arkas. It was shown the role of Mykola Mykolayovich Arkas in social and political life of Ukraine, in particular in the process of Ukrainian national revival at the and of ХІХ century - the beginning of XX century.
