Object - the system of post-diploma pedagogical education; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated conditions of the Ukrainian language culture development in teachers of schools with limited number of pupils in the system of post-diploma pedagogical education on the level of formation of the given personality culture aspect; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to provide scientific theoretical and practical substantiation of pedagogical conditions of the Ukrainian language culture development in teachers of schools with limited number of pupils in the system of post-diploma pedagogical education; the essence of teacher's Ukrainian language culture has been specified as an integral professional feature of a teacher that ensures his/her mastering of all the Ukrainian Language means and his/her ability to adequately use them in various situations of communication while interacting with all the participants of the teaching process; the forms and methods of the Ukrainian language culture development in teachers of schools with limited number of pupils in the system of post-diploma pedagogical education have been further investigated; results - theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of the Ukrainian language culture development in teachers of schools with limited number of pupils have been experimentally tested and are recommended for the implementation in the system of post-diploma pedagogical education. Theoretical ideas and practical data of the research will be helpful in the process of professional pedagogical development of teachers and can be used by lecturers of higher educational establishments of III-IV levels of accreditation and can be useful for writing teaching manuals and textbooks on Pedagogy, for writing Master and Bachelor degree diploma papers, for professional self-development of teachers in schools with limited number of pupils; field - pedagogy.
