Object - the process of professional training of future teachers of technologies ; aim -to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of forming value-oriented attitude to professional activity in future teachers of technologies on the positive changes in the level of their professional readiness; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to provide theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of pedagogical conditions of forming value-oriented attitude to professional activity in future teachers of technologies; the essence of teacher's value-oriented attitude to professional activity has been specified as an integral personality formation that is revealed when a student is aware of the importance of a certain activity and perceives it as a personal value allowing him for feeling moral and emotional satisfaction caused by the process of pedagogical interaction and if he/she is engaged in the process of its continuous improvement on the basis of ideas of Humanistic Pedagogics; the content of structural components of value-oriented attitude to professional activity in future teachers of technologies in the process of pedagogical activity has been analysed; the criteria and indices of the achievement level of value-oriented attitude to professional activity formation in students specializing in technologies have been singled out; results - the materials of the research have been used in teaching "Pedagogy", "History of Pedagogy", "Foundations of Mastery of Teaching", "Psychology", "Age Psychology", "Pedagogical Psychology", "Theory and Methods of Labour Education" and in out of class teaching activities with future teachers of technologies; field - pedagogy.
