The goal is detection of the biological and functional features of glandular and cystolyth hairs of cannabis for using in selection. The methods of research are field, laboratory, microscopic, mathematical-statistical. It is detected the interrelationship between the glandular hairs and cannabinoids content in cannabis plants. It is established the between varietal differences by the morphological features of cystolyth hairs. It is improved the method of determination of cannabinoids with using the perianths of female flowers. The introduction - it is discovering the genetic sources of the creation of not narcotic samples of cannabis Glukhivs'kya 77 and Impuls which are using for hybridization as donors for receiving the new without narcotic initial selection material in the Experimental station of Institute of Agriculture Northern East NAAS.
