Kamratska O. Morphofunctional status of piglets intestine at ensuring of organism adaptation due to the technological stress.

3.This thesis deals with the results, with have characterized the physiological state of piglets organism and the peculiarities of structure barrier functioning, associated with mucous membrane of animals during the process of adaptation according to stress-weaning from sow. It was done the complex investigation on studying the morphofunctional state of separate lymphatic vessels, intestine peueric plaque of piglets, the level of collonization of lacto-, bifidobacterium and intestinal bacteria of large and small intestine of animals antrum during different phase of stress-weaning development. It was set up, that by the action of stress, functional activity of intestine immune barrier is decreased under the conditions of humoral decrease and the increase of cell link of non-specific resistance of piglets organism.
