Yehorchenkova N. Resource management portfolios on the basis of matrix models

Dissertation work is sanctified to development of methodology of management projects on the basis of development of matrix models and methods of management making and allocation of resources of brief-cases of projects and programs on the project-oriented enterprises. On the basis of analysis of methods of management resources the matrix model of integration is developed project-production to activity project-oriented enterprises in the brief-cases of projects and programs. Appendixes are realized to application of counts of dicotyledons for planning of co-operations at making and use in the brief-cases of projects and programs of material and technical resources.The method of the food planning of projects is developed on the base of counts of dicotyledons, which allows to operate in a management projects and programs by not works, but products of works and projects. The method of consolidation of production processes of enterprises is offered in project activity, which provides integration of processes of making of ready-to-cook foods in the unique production plan project-oriented enterprises. Organizational mechanisms and structures of processes of management of brief-cases of projects and programs resources are developed. The developed models, methods and structures of the systems of matrix management of brief-cases of projects and programs resources, are successfully realized in the production companies of Ukraine and used in an educational process.
