The thesis is devoted to the study of psychological factors in occupational stress state employees. The work includes theoretical basis, methodology and findings of empirical research on this problem. The basic organizational and psychological problems of civil servants, which cause the occurrence of occupational stress. The level of occupational stress in civil servants. Relation between occupational stress level civil servants and the following factors: personal, organizational, professional and socio-demographic characteristics of civil servants, social and psychological development level of administration in the unit, which employs civil servants. A psychological training of civil servants training to prevent and combat occupational stress.
