Dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical generalization and the new decision of the scientific task of an establishment patterns of arterial structure of peculiarities and filtration apparatus of the white rat kidney in norm and changes of the angioarchitectonics structure in dynamic of experimental diabetes course. The new data about micro- and ultrastructural changes of the links of heamomicrocirculatory net of the white rat's kidney at stretozotocininduced diabetes was obtained. Results of this researching work it is morphological base of expediency applications of the ren of this experimental animals for creation biological models of diabetic nephropathy.
