Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to studying age-related features of mandible morphogenesis under effect of general chronic hyperthermia, dynamic physical exerts and per os dietary supplement "Biomin MK". Using modern morphological research methods we proved that extreme chronic hyperthermia leads to lagged bone growth rate, imbalanced distribution in epiphyseal cartilage, inhibition of dentinogenesis in incisors, hyperhydration and minerals loss in both bone and dental tissues accompanied by imbalanced macroelement ratio and destabilized ultrastructure of biomineral, and strength loss. In readaptation period, the negative effects of hyperthermia gradually reduced. Adult animals exhibited the most expressed recovery rate while in the old animals recovery was the slowest of all age groups. We also proved that physical exerts enhance negative effects of extreme hyperthermia on mandible morphogenesis while daily per os "Biomin MK" reduces adverse effects significantly.
