Essay

The work is devoted to studying the influence of itching skin on quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) V, treated by hemodialysis. Studied the pathogenetic mechanisms of itching skin, also the treatment with ultraviolet radiation (UVR) and examined its effect on itching skin and levels of cytokines, the quality of life in 109 patients. It was in 56.00% of patients with CKD V identified itching of the skin, their correlation with most indicators of quality of life.Treatment with UVR helped eliminate itching of the skin in 100% patients.
