Essay

The object of study - a manifestation of heterosis, the degree of dominance, inheritance and variation of protein and fat in the seeds, as well as morphological features of plants and household F1 - F3, the efficiency of individual selection of plants with high protein content in early hybrid generations. Purpose - to identify existing and creation by hybridization mizhsortovoyi new source material soybeans with higher protein content in the seeds. Methods - Field, visual, laboratory, measuring and weighing, structural analysis of statistical and genetic. Installing features of protein and fat accumulation in the seeds of modern soybean varieties based on agro-climatic growing conditions and genotype class, based on which revealed valuable and High-serednooliyni samples. Investigated the degree of manifestation of heterosis and dominance of protein hybrids F1 - F2 and correlation between economically valuable traits for F2 hybrids and their parental forms. Investigated the genetic relationship between the protein and fat on yield, weight of 1000 seeds and duration of the growing season. We prove the effectiveness of individual selection of high-protein plants from hybrid populations, created a line of high protein. Definitely inheritance of protein and fat in soybean seeds, based on the data selected promising lines with improved biochemical composition of seeds. Introduction - isolated and 11 recommended soybean varieties that are characterized by high and stable by year-protein. A new high-protein material, the best form of study in nurseries Plant Breeding and Genetics Institute - National Center of Seed and Cultivar NAAS. Transferred to the National Centre for Plant Genetic Resources Ukraine two lines of soybean, which received the certificate of registration in the gene pool of plants and Ukraine that exceed the standard for protein content to 2.5%.
