Iatsyshena G. Ethos of property self-definitions of personality: social-philosophical analysis

The research-methodological principles and stages of development problems were specified. It was determined that the property was a realized will that had been turned into action by mind and aspiration, transformed into "rational strength" and "irrational energy". The latter determine the goal of human life. Analysis of "ownership" points out the term "mine", which indicates no possession in the legal, but existential sense. The author argues that solving of the issue of ownership reflected views of thinkers who had defined both the way of searching philosophical sense of life and its practical feasibility. To strengthen the argument the theoretical discourses of "mind", "understanding", "morality", "justice", "exclusion", "freedom" are used. The development of knowledge, talent, and creativity forms the intellectual property, which defines a specific kind of "goods". Intellectual property is the result of establishment of " societies of knowledge ", in which major principles are creativity, intelligence, education, culture.
