Research thesis dedicated to the social-philosophical analysis of creative activity education's deviance. The creativity defined as a type of activity, common to many kinds of human behavior, manifested in independence, original ideas and innovative initiative. "Creativity" concept researched in the paper as significant indicator of creative personality, defined by existence of the following characteristics in the personality structure: talent, use of nontrivial methods in problem solving, ability to have a fresh view on a problem.
