Кorsak M. Person as a subject of the creativity

Dissertation is sanctified to research in the socially-philosophical aspect of one of issues of the day of contemporaneity - personality as subject of creative activity, to her becoming, self-realization, cooperating with social surroundings. Actuality of research of work and personality is reasonable as his subject, consisting in an objective requirement in work as mechanism of overcoming of crisis processes on the modern stage of development of Ukrainian society. In research comes true explikation concepts of creation in scientific and philosophical discourse, research of his structure by analogy with the universal structure of activity, exposure of specific of creation on the whole, and also general and specific in his different kinds. Research of creative activity in the system "activity - creation - personality" allowed to expose wheels within wheels between these concepts, allowed to examine personality of creating and self work as parts of the single system. The analysis of structural elements of creative activity gave an opportunity to educe, what her stages quality of novelty, being for work qualificatory, is on, and also to complement determination of creation on the whole.
