In the dissertation pedagogical conditions are substantiated using modular technology in the professional training of future qualified workers of restaurant service: rich in content development of modular and competency training future specialists of restaurant business; development of modular and competency programs, organization module and competency training future specialists in mastering modular programs. Developed and experimentally tested methodology and model of designing and use of module-competential programs in the professional training of future qualified workers of restaurant service based on system, competency, personally oriented approaches. Defined criteria evaluation of efficiency of application modular-competential programs in the professional training of future qualified workers of restaurant service on formation of professional competence. Prepared and introduced educational and methodological ensuring of using module-competential programs in professional training of qualified workers restaurant service.
