Essay

The thesis is devoted to the professional self-development of future specialists of the State Fire Inspection in higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. There were singled out, reasoned and experimentally proved the effective formation of conditions of the studied phenomenon: the integrity and consistency of the professional self-development towards self-actualization of the personality from the beginning of professional training in higher educational establishment of the МЕ of Ukraine; application of modern technologies, methods and forms of education, which orient the future professionals of SFI on the reflection, self-projection, self-education, self-organization, self-development of the professionally important qualities of the personality; optimization of teaching provision, which provides the applying in the system of professional training of cadets author's variable subject "Fundamentals of professional self-development the the future professionals of SFI" and filling the content of training courses with teaching topics of professional self-development; organization of educational semantic space of higher educational establishments of the МЕ of Ukraine, which promotes professional self-development of cadets, applying techniques and learning technologies to facilitate the acquisition of experience of self-development, which optimizes self-development of cadets in personally-professional direction; pedagogical support as an integrated and consistent support of the future professionals of SFI in their professional self-development, carried out through the organization of such interaction between lectures and cadets in the educational process, in which the most favorable conditions for self-development and self-realization of each cadet, enhance his intellectual, emotional, motivational potential.
