3. The research is made for elaboration of the efficient method, which is ade-quate in terms of accuracy for determination of dynamic deformation of ship hulls caused by wave load. The theoretical model corresponding to the aim of research has been elaborated and developed into a computer realization. The detailed verifi-cation of the computer model was implemented.
