Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the treatment efficiency in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, arterial hypertension by correction of hemodynamic disorders, vegetal imbalance, lipid metabolism and antioxidant protection. The differential antihypertensive drug was chosen in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Use in patients with arterial hypertension and hypersympathicotonia nebivolol, and in patients with humoral-metabolic influences predominance perindopril were effectiveness and decrease cardiovascular events markers. The complex treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with arterial hypertension with coenzyme compositum improve the lipid metabolism and antioxidant status.
