М. bovis museum cultures and subcultures pathogenic, cultural, tinctorial properties and morphological signs; М. bovis dissociative forms cultivation features at low above zero (3° С) and optimal for growth (37° С) temperatures through artificial nutrient medium with 7,1-7,2 рН; М. bovis and dissociative forms cultivated at temperatures 3, 20, 37° С lipids composition have been studied in this research. М. bovis museum cultures and dissociative forms were the objects of investigation.М. bovis fast growing cultures and dissociative forms without (with lower) sensibilizative ability; their lipids content and L-forms were studied at the first. It was shown, that М. bovis cultivation at low above zero temperatures (3° С) and microorganism's dissociation accompanied by synthesis of new hendecanoic and not identified acids, while free fatty acids composition remains constant. The fact involved can be used for identification and differentiation pathogenic and dissociative (apathogenic) М. bovis forms.
