Essay

The thesis is devoted to the topical problem of formation of social experience of behavior without conflicts of professional lyceum students. The state of the problem under research is cleared up, the essences of the key research notions are specified. The main causes of conflict arising in professional lyseums are revealed. The contents, criteria, indices are developed and the levels of formation of social experience of behavior without conflicts are characterized.Social and pedagogical conditions of formation of social experience of behavior without conflicts of professional lyceum students have been proved and experimentally tested: solidarity of educational and labor group of students in different types of socially important vital activity; intensification of constructive social and pedagogical interaction of teachers and students in prevention and overcoming of conflict forms of their behavior in curricular and extra-curricular time; improvement of social and pedagogical activity in a hostel on the basis of individual and differential preventive work with students; criteria (cognitive, emotionally and value, behavioral-regulatory), indices and levels (optimal, standardized, situational, superficial) of social experience formation of behavior without conflicts of professional lyceum students have been defined.
