Essay

The thesis has received the further development of the theory for the epizootic process in anthrax; defined intensity and extensity epizootic process in Ukraine during 1979–2010 years. The methods and by means of quality control of vaccines against anthrax spore, which ensures their immunogenicity harmless and full compliance with international and domestic requirements for such drugs. Experimentally proved the ability of colloidal gold in the nanoscale range influence on the accumulation of bacterial mass Bacillus anthracis Sternr 34F2, which provides an enhanced level of accumulation of biomass production strain. Improved method of producing vaccines against anthrax, found adjuvant property nanogold and expediency of their use, providing an enhanced level of immunogenicity drugs. The results determine the correlation between outbreaks of anthrax and a population density of susceptible animals and extensiveness of epizootic process, became the basis for the proposals for the revision of certain principles epidemic measures. The analysis and synthesis documents in the production of vaccines against anthrax spore on which improved methods of quality control of the aforementioned drugs, ensuring their harmlessness, immunogenicity and competitiveness. A method of producing biomass Bacillus anthracis using colloidal gold nanoscale range that allows you to get to 1015 CFU in 1 cm3.
