Ryemyeskova I. Judiciary in the System of Power Division.

Dissertation is devoted to scientific research of development of judiciary as an independent institution in the system of division of powers, to determination of its role in the system of inhibitions and counterbalances of public authorities. The author develops and presents scientific background to propositions to amend the legislation which regulates functioning of judiciary and mechanisms of its co-operation with other branches of power. Various forms of mutual relations of judiciary with the President of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and executive authorities are studied. The mechanisms of judicial influence on other branches of state power are reviewed; these mechanisms are carried out to diminish illegal acts of other state organs and to prevent the usurpation of power.
