Essay

The dissertation is to define the essence of self-education competence of future teachers in primary schools. The structure of self-education competence represented in the study as a holistic construct that includes motivational, reflective, emotional and volitional, cognitive, operational and activity components. Based on selected components and attributes defined criteria which are generic indicators of forming self-educational competence of students: evaluative, reflective, self ownership experience, pragmatic, self-ownership experience. The conditions for its formation are: the introduction of an integrated approach as a special form of cognitive and practical activities, which makes it possible to implement the principles of integrity, continuity, integration and development, the development of positive motivation for the future of primary school teachers in the formation of self-education competence, organization of training on the subject-subject relations, the introduction of credit module and information and communication technologies.
