Object - education as an innovative phenomenon of post-industrial society; the purpose - to define the philosophical foundations of investigation of education marketing's innovation potential in the context of the development of postmodern educational and social practices; methods - an interdisciplinary, system approaches and methods of system analysis, the theory of social prediction and forecasting, structural-functional and comparative analysis of system objects, information-logical modeling; novelty - for the first time the features, issues, methodological principles of philosophical-educational analysis of innovation potential of educational marketing are defined; results - cn be used to improve the work of teachers, researchers, educational administrators, as well as in the process of preparation of training courses in philosophy of education, social philosophy, educational marketing and management; branch - the philosophy of education.
