Object - cooperation as a form of social interaction; the target - to display the content and functional possibilities of cooperative learning in modern educational environment; the methods - system approach, structural and functional analysis, comparative, method of typology, historical and genetic one; novelty - firstly the philosophic and educational analysis of phenomenon of cooperative learning as a part of postclassical philosophic and educational paradigm is carried out; holistic conception of cooperative learning as an innovative technology of organization of educational process and the lifestyle basis of personality is developed; the content of cooperation as a form of social interaction is displayed; the results - may be used in the scientific research, teaching theoretical and practical activity of the pedagogical specialists; the branch - the philosophy of education.
