Essay

Regularities of pharynx during postnatal period after antigen influence were studied during complex research using anatomical, histological, morphometric, histochemical, lektynhistochemical and statistical methods. It was established that growth of length of rats' pharynx and growth of thickness of its shells changed due to antigen influence, the amount of lymphocytes, especially PNA+-lymphocytes, was increased in mucus, on this background correlation of lymphocytes, cells with the figures of mitosis and epiteliocytes was changed, and that was accompanied with the increase of content of goblet cells in mucus of nasal part of pharynx, and the change of their secretory activity. In neonatal experimental animals, the thickness of submucosal base of pharynx in thicker compared with control, but starting with the seventh day of life the thickness of submucosal base of pharynx' nasal part decreases compared with the intact group animals. Quantity of fibroblasts grows and quantity of fibrocytes decreases on the background of increased contents of lymphocytes. For the first time the lectynhistochemical description of pharynx mucus as immunobiological barrier is given. It is determined that activating of dendritic cells in experimental rats, occurs a week earlier, than in intact group of rats, and it doesn't depend on the antigen introduction method.
