Essay

In the dissertation for the first time completed the research analysis of the scientific and pedagogical heritage of well-known Ukrainian pedagogue O. Muzychenko (1875-1937 yy.) in the development context of national education. Defined the main stages of life and career, formation main factors of educational philosophy of scientist, describes the main activities, It was found his contributions to the development of pedagogical mastership as the dominant component of the teacher pedagogical action. For the first time disclosed the value of pedagogical ideas O. Muzychenko in building a unified labor school principles in Ukraine, which was defined as the scientific school, activity, educational and aesthetic.
