Galagan L. Psychological features of the competitiveness development of the unemployed-future entrepreneurs.

The dissertation examines the psychological features of the competitiveness development on the sample of the unemployed who were registered in the State placement service and were preparing for starting their own business. The author analyzes the content and structure of the competitiveness concept and main blocks (competitive, entrepreneurial and situational) of the unemployed-future entrepreneurs' competitiveness. The investigation has found some problems of the development in situational, entrepreneurial and competitive blocks of the unemployed-future entrepreneurs' competitiveness. The author has developed a training "Psychology of the unemployed-future entrepreneurs' competitiveness" which enhances the level of the main psychological characteristics of the unemployed-future entrepreneurs' competitiveness.
