Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of fuel economy and ecological indexes of the wheeled tractor with the gas engine reconstruction from a diesel with spark ignition. The method of evaluation of fuel economy and ecological indexes of the wheeled tractor is developed with a gas engine, which is based on the specified mathematical model of motion of the tractor in the accepted driving cycle, that allows to probe influence of parameters of management a transmission and gas engine on the expenditure of fuel and of harmful emissions in a transport process.
