Essay

The thesis is devoted to study of the liver and small intestine vascular bed structural features in normal rats, and the nature of its morphofunctional restructuring in experimental occlusion of the abdominal aorta caudal segment and remodeling after restoration of blood flow in it. In this experiment, the effect of hemodynamic factors upon liver and small intestine blood flow in acute occlusion of the abdominal aorta has been shown at first. The major features of structural and functional reorganization and the complex morphological and morphometric characteristics of the vascular system of the liver and small intestine against experimental occlusion of the caudal part of the abdominal aorta and its recanalization has been determined. The features of variously located from abdominal aorta vasculature remodeling due to its acute occlusion modeling yas been examined. Due to the results of tissues and vasculature of the small intestine and liver morphofunctional and spatial restructuring established patterns have been indicated. Simultaneous with the aortic reperfusion temporary caudal vena cava simulated stenosis, promoting blood supply of pelvic organs and tissues of the lower extremities, prevents or reduces the hemodynamic and oxygen reperfusion kicks his intensity and also creates better conditions for venous drainage of the internal organs blood outflow into the vena cava caudally above place of its simulated stenosis.
