Kulichenko V. Legal Socialization as an Object of Social and Philosophical Analysis

The thesis is devoted to social and philosophical analysis of the process of legal socialization and its basic categories and methodological tools, organizing basic legal forms (adaptation, internalization, acculturation); features of the influence of different legal socialization factors on the individual and personal prerequisites socialization in Ukrainian society in the context of globalization transformations. The phenomenon of legal socialization as an objective and regular process of incorporating personality in social and legal relations in the role of their subject is analyzed. The content of this process is the formation of socially active person whose actions are governed by social and legal norms, but the result is the adaptation of the legal actor of acculturation to the legal system on the principles of independence, creativity and responsibility for the outcome of its activities. Based on existing theoretical concepts, approaches and methodological apparatus disclosed legal socialization of the individual in the unity of its ideological and methodological, social, anthropological, ontological structural (institutional) and evaluative (intersubjective) aspects.
