Object - ski jumping technique; aim - scientific and methodological foundations development of take off technique improvement at the stage of specialized basic preparation; methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and technical literature; pedagogical experiment; pedagogical observation; video computer analysis; methods of biomechanical analysis; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - correlation between jump's length and angle parameters of grouped skier's body at the take-off beginning is revealed ( = 0,402?0,614; р < 0,039); models of take-off technique are worked out on the basis of biomechanical analysis of skier's body pose on take-off table considering lower limbs' joint angles and position of overall centre of body gravity relatively to the foot; results - it has been proved and substantiated the author's program effectiveness of technical training on the basis of improving take-off technology methods at the stage of specialized basic preparation while using special exercises that are directed to technique improvement considering take-off models, and changing the correspondence between components of technical preparation in the training process, the results of research have been implemented in training process of ski jumpers at Kremenetska and Vorokhtyanska sport schools for children and youth in Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined, Verkhovynska and Nadvirnyanska sport schools for children and youth in Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined and in winter sports department's teaching process of Lviv State University of Physical Culture, namely in the discipline "Theory and Methods of chosen sport"; field ? physical education and sport.
