Essay

Object: professional training of the future teachers of foreign language in the system of higher pedagogical education. Purpose: is the theoretical justification and experimental validation of the model form culturogical competence of future teachers of foreign language teaching and the conditions. Methods: methods of theoretical level: study and analysis of philosophical, cultural, and pedagogical, psychological and methodological literature on the problem of professional training of students of language specialties; a compilation of scientific-theoretical and research to build the model and clarify the pedagogical conditions of forming the cultural competence of the future linguist; study, analysis and generalization of the experience of educational work of higher pedagogical institutions, methods of empirical research to clarify the source of the investigated properties of specialists of foreign language education; pedagogical experiment to test the efficacy of the model realization of pedagogical conditions of forming the cultural competence of future teachers of foreign languages; quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of studies using methods of mathematical statistics. Novelty: for the first time was carried out a completed analysis of the theory and practice of formation of the cultural competence of future teachers of foreign languages; scientifically model and pedagogical conditions of the investigated properties linguist; the essence and structure of the cultural competence of future teachers of foreign languages; defined and described criteria and indicators, qualitative characteristics of the levels of formation cultural competence of philologist; developed model of formation of the cultural competence of future teachers of foreign languages in vocational training. It was improved the meaning of the concepts of "competence", "competence", "cultural competence of the teacher of a foreign language", the main components of the cultural competence of a teacher of foreign language in the course of his professional formation. Further development of forms and methods of improvement of quality of professional training of students of language specialties in the aspect of forming their professional competence. Research results can be used in educational process of higher education in the system of postgraduate training and improvement of qualification of teachers of a foreign language, students of the direction of training / speciality "Philology (English language and literature)" while writing the qualification works.
